PRE-AWARD SUPPORT

Letter of intent to assist contractor to secure contract

EVALUATION

Once contractor secures contract, assessment undertaken to establish contract viability
	Contract is profitable and risks manageable
	Contractor has skills and staff
	Amount of finance required.

APPROVAL

	Application for approval submitted to Combined Credit Committee
	Agreement signed with contractor.

SUPPORT TO MANAGE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Tusk provides selective ongoing management service:
	Develop good relationships between contractor, Tusk and consultants on project
	Providing technical assistance
	Assist in ordering materials
	Assist with plant management
	Assist in managing sub-contractors – competitive prices and quality work
	Assist with site management and construction undertaken to specification
	Assist with financial management. Joint controlled account opened with both the contractor and Tusk as signatories
	Assist in meeting milestones and collecting payments on time
